Dear development team, I have a problem initializing my phone for ecas app, immediately before qr scanner is shown there is an error: "The Vision api is not available, please try later. (Error 5904)" The technical details sent to developers email. The mobile is setup recently with google services and dependent applications fully updated. Everything worked correctly on my previous phone (Android 6.0) Thank You in advance!
Loging in is a nightmare. There is virtually no way to recover pin whe you cannot remember it
Utterly useless. Unable to read the QR code to initialise my account. How hard is it to implement a proper QR reader?
Update4: Happened again: after a month it forgets to offer the fingerprint authentication. Technical details has been sent to the contact email.
After the latest update/fix it works again as expected
Because I could not get any notification (for the first time ever), I reset the device from the EU login menu. After this I tried to add it as new from my account on ECAS but the first two options are gray [initialisation and Qr code). I cannot scan the code on my PC screen and all my efforts are fruitless. Please help
