o Get Same-Day Grocery Delivery on select items in as little as 2 hours.

• Featured Recipes
o Browse recipes, view videos, shop ingredients and add them directly to your Same-Day Delivery cart.

o View the products you've recently purchased in-Club or via Same-Day Delivery and easily Reload them to your cart.

Update 4/10/24 I thought the login issues were because of the app because I read other reviews that had the same problem but it might have possibly been my phone. I bought a new phone and it had alot of issues. Had to return it and go back to my old phone. Was able to login to the BJ's app no problem. Yay! Love the app! Love that I can save coupons, manage my account, and if I forget my physical card, my information is stored in the app!

I like most things about this app. Some items listed have to be shipped rather than delivered or picked up (changes). There was a $8.99 flat rate no matter the amount of items. They've slightly modified it now. I noticed that I was being charged a lot more for some items and many items were damaged or missing. I've contacted them many times for my last refund and have never received it. Other Concerns: Delivery refunds are electronic gift cards only & cannot be used for delivery orders.

Express Pay is a joke. I scan everything and pay and then the checkout person at the exit has to re-scan everything. Oh, but wait, if they have a problem scanning you can't pull up your barcode again. So you have to ping around because the associates aren't quite sure what to do except offer for you to pay separately. But I already did that in the app. Nothing about this experience was "express". Your response does not address my issue.
