Terrible case of "It wasn't broken, so we fixed it!" The new app is WAY worse than the old one, with a far more clunky, bland, and unclear interface. It consistently gives me error messages on all of my mobile deposits. It nags me about turning on notifications that I don't want every time I open the damn app. It takes way more clicks and fiddling than the old app did to see my basic banking info. I hate it. Absolutely sick of companies changing things for the sake of changing them. Awful.

Visually cluttered, even before you login. That's if you get there. Missed my password by 1 digit and that prompts elimation of any "remember me" options including username and fingerprint. That's fine, no big deal as it's restored once logging in. However, there is a bug where each time you enter a character in the username it removes the keyboard on certain devices. Incredibly annoying. To make it worse, the security question applies infinite repetition of any characters entered. I've given up

With only one exception, every time I try to use mobile deposit, I have issues getting it to accept the check. I use a dark, non reflective background, I make sure there is sufficient light, I use auto capture, mobile capture, etc. and still I constantly get error messages. Check image not visible, amount not visible, etc. It is frustrating that it takes almost a dozen attempts, with each check, to get it to work.
