The best browser available out there After using all browsers available in and outside of play store, I finally found the perfect one. It's uBlock origin extension provides best ad blocking , better than any "ad block" browsers. It is really very smooth and you can add or remove any feature using extention. Better than Uc, Puffin, chrome, brave, maxathon, opera dolphin apus, and many more i forgot to mention(I have used all of them). Only problem is that it takes too much RAM.
I just wasted two hours on four phone calls to find out that Firefox is apparently incompatible with certain web sites. I reloaded chrome and the problem vanished. I would rate a three because it works well...when it works, but I attempted to contact some sort of support for help but could not get any assistance. Uninstalling because I need a browser that is fully compatible with my web browsing
Too bright throughout. Burn my eyes in blinding light. It's like the 20 year obsession with beige pc boxes. Even though I use a plugin to make most of browsing black it just annoys me homepage and settings etc look so ugly. I use custom Rom to change ENTIRE phone to black and rate all apps without dark theme negatively.
Hyperlinks still don't respond most of the time, on basic sites like Wikipedia. Consistent hyperlink functionality was solved in the 90s. Screw new features, just please consistently open pages with static images! Roget's should add "Firefox on Android" as an antonym to the word "responsive." Why, O why do I keep trying to use this noble POS??
Fantastic especially when coupled with ublock origin. Mobile ads are becoming more intrusive and nasty. The fake virus alerts even cause your phone to vibrate repeatedly. While Firefox doesn't come with ad blocking functionality out of the box it's nice to have the option through addons. Besides this the browser is excellent and modern, it includes all expected features.
When Firefox crashes, it wants to close the entire browser and clear the session, instead of asking to close the problematic tab. Now, I'm not sure if this is possible on this platform, but it's ideal. Especially with upcoming desktop versions gaining this feature. I hate losing dozens of tabs because they never synched, and upon crash my history is gone.
