Mozilla seems like one of the last big names to remain fully devoted to open source, and they do so while providing an array of elegant and usable software. This app is no exception. It's fast, stylish, open source, and really, what else is there to look for in a browser? 11/10 P.S. Don't listen to the people who hated on the Browse Free or Die campaign. As a fierce advocate for open source software and the philosophy of freedom, I genuinely loved it. Stylish and edgy, both things I love. Stuck that sucker straight onto my brand new laptop 💖
A particular reason the save to pdf functionality is gone? I don't know what the hell happened, but after the update when I go to the menu, click "page" then "save as pdf" for some reason... just nothing happens. The menu disappears, so the app registered my input perfectly fine, but the download doesn't start. For no reason I can see. What? Using Samsung Galaxy Core Prime
Are you guys listening to what I do on the internet? Strated seeing icon for speaker and web site visited in notification bar. Acts more like Win10 Edge browser. Now that I think about it, sounds more like tracking. Time for a new BRAVE browser. 💩💩💩EDIT: Now we have to sign up/log in to use extensions!!! You people have lost your minds and integrity to your loyal users. I asume this will soon apply to the desktop version as well. Who ever thought of this 💩 and approved it, should be fired. 💩💩💩💩
March 17, 2017, what the hell is wrong with Firefox??? Latest update on Xperia Z3 tablet. FF wont load pages, wont browse, is essentially frozen and has to be forced closed. Poor quality control. Latest update has made the problem worse, pages still wont load first and have to be repeatedly loaded to get them to display it ever. Very annoying. Was doing pretty well last few months. Similar situation with other Android 6+ & 7 devices.
Firefox has been my favorite browser for PC and now Android. However, Android version can be unstable at times, which mean slow loading and stuttering when browse with many tabs (this is not happens to other browsers such as Chrome and UC) . I hope the dev will continue to improve this browser to make it more better. P/s: The later updates made things so much worse: slower and much more unstable browsing. Reinstalled didn't help either, please fix these problems.
I like Firefox. Let me say that first. But whenever I try to do anything, Firefox will refuse to load the page. To my knowledge, it doesn't even time out. It simply doesn't load the page or recognize that I clicked a link. When I use Chrome, it's fine. This used to only be an issue on Wi-Fi, but Firefox doesn't even work on mobile data either now.
