Ogni tanto qualche baco. Per esempio sono mesi che ho due messaggi in arrivo da leggere, entro e non c'è nulla. Torno in home page e visualizzo solo un messaggio da leggere (entro di nuovo nei messaggi ma non c'è nulla). Torno in home e mi rimane perennemente quel messaggio da leggere. Chiudo l'app. Alla riapertura, di nuovo 2 messaggi da leggere. Così da mesi. Inoltre i super sconti da genius me li applica solo se PAGO SUBITO e non se, invece, prenoto con impegno di pagare in loco.

L'app permette di osservare per zona quali sono le offerte e le più vicine all'indirizzo che si necessita. Completamente inutile sotto l'aspetto lavorativo. L'app permette di richiedere la fattura, mentre arrivati a destinazione la maggior parte degli host non la rilascia, scaricando la responsabilità su booking. VA MIGLIORATA.

Per ottenere il rimborso del volo cancellato ci è voluta una odissea di mail e chiamate all call center italiano, poi, dopo oltre un mese di attesa per il rimborso ho sentito l'assistenza clienti in inglese e in un giorno hanno risolto, tra l'altro il biglietto rimborsato era un doppio acquisto fatto erroneamente per un malfunzionamento dell'app. Ottima per cercare i voli ma l'acquisto tanto vale farlo sul sito della compagnia e togliere così l'intermediario.
