I love how their prices consistently stay affordable, helping me stick to my budget without compromising on quality. It's good when it works! Every time I check out, it says there's an error & to update my card. When I open my wallet, my security codes are blank, but when I try to add it, there's an error. I keep having to uninstall every time I use the app. I also don't like how the adjustment charges are held from my account for over a week. There shouldn't be held adjustment charges, only what is actually purchased like Jewel Osco does. Fix this and I'll change my rating to 5 stars!

The ability to decline substitutions is not at the final checkout. it needs to be. your user interface is horrible. I need to be able to say at the final checkout page no substitutions, if I try to go back and indicate that it tells me I will abandon my cart. additionally searching for Clorox wipes does not show any results but searching for a Clorox disinfectant wipes does. You guys still have a long way to go before you're playing in the field with Amazon.
