It's a wonderful idea. However, I looked up one of the sources, and while it did have much good evidence, it also had sentences like [paraphrasing] "There were limited studies done on [this topic]" and "Of course for some nuts, vegetables, and fruits, the water intake may be higher than what the production of meat and dairy requires." So I really just can't trust this app and what it tells me, because even though it lists the sources, it doesn't give us all of the information taken from them.

Love the APP, the concept and the recipes are great. It's great to be rewarded with recipes for learning a small piece of information! I have one note that would elevate this app greatly. I want to share the info graphics on social media as way to raise awareness, but most of my followers speak portuguese so even if I understand the infographic a few people consider it challenging. So a Portuguese version would be very appreciated. Keep up the good work!

I am vegan and would therefore prefer vegan recipies. Currently, they unlock vegetarian recipies for me, because they do not know that I am vegan. If I only got vegan recipies, I would have given 5 stars.

Hi Hannetjie, thanks a lot for your review! I cannot see how far you got on your journey, but the majority of all our recipes can be easily cooked 100% plant-based by picking the suggested plant-based variant for dairy or leaving away the parmesan. It might be a coincidence that you got a few vegetarian recipes now. May the forks be with you!
