wow - You all keep sending messages that I need to set up internet backup, But the app doesn't work at all. if I tap on it it gets bigger for a second but doesn't actually open. I uninstalled and reinstalled it and it still had the same problem. useless! with all the bad reviews, you all need to get it together. I work in application development and this is really unbelievably unacceptable. do you bother to test your app on different platforms & operating systems? OnePlus 13, Oxygen 15

This app sucks. It lets you remotely restart your router and manage network devices and that's it. I tried to use it to troubleshoot my Wi-Fi connectivity and it repeatedly insisted that I make an appointment with a technician that may cost money. Four independent speed tests across multiple devices, after fixing the issue MYSELF, have proven that everything is fine. The app still insists I need to pay a technician to come tinker with the router. I know when I'm being scammed. Worthless.

It keeps popping up a message about sending me notifications, and changing it in settings. I changed it in app, and the phone settings to allow all the notifications but the stupid message keeps popping up. Also, the last connected to the wifi is so far off base. Could be gone an hour, and it says it was last connected three days ago. This app is buggy as all get out.
