Bought tickets for a show I can no longer attend. I've been trying for 2 days to sell them through the app. Kept getting "check your connection" while trying to add a payout method. Tried everything- restarting app, changing password, support page, FINALLY found a working number to call for customer service. All they could do was send in a request for my issue to be looked at. Still haven't heard anything back about that. Buy tickets somewhere else... this is a headache.

Very sad with my experience on this app. getting tickets was fine, but I was unable to attend the event and had to sell. I bought my tickets for $40 a pop. They would not let me sell them for less than $85, their "original price". couldn't transfer them to another platform, either. Really disappointing to see artifical markup patterned into this app, at the expense of event fans.

Have to change your password to log into the app (password worked fine on the website), and now that I've finally logged in it says it's "having trouble connecting" and won't show me my tickets. If you're going to require an app to access tickets (already an incredibly scummy business practice), the app at least needs to be minimally functional. Which this one is not.
