Ratings and reviews

Once they fixed the requirement to provide your location, this app works well for me. I do wish we had the ability to schedule input times, not just output times. Maybe they will add that one day. It is handy for me to see the charge on my battery hooked up to the panels and the % left on my other one. I have 2 units that I alternate daily. So far, able to reduce my electric bill by 30%.

impressive features, but very unreliable. I have a range of ecoflow products in my camper and in theory I should never be without power. In practice unless I'm in the app several times a day making sure everything's working as intended I end up with a dead battery idling my car to recharge it. in the winter I'll replace it. edit - came back to remove a star because it screwed me again

I've left a few ratings for this app already, but EcoFlow keeps messing up. Update July 2025: I now can't recommend EcoFlow products at all. The app has always been problematic, but it keeps getting worse. Problems keeping the extra battery at the same charge level (both charging or discharging) as the main unit, but now with the added annoyance of having to see clunky adds on the main device screens. Spend thousands with EF and it's not good enough, and they need to spam you in the app. Um, no.
