the app is generally user friendly but it does not have a secure chat function built in, so as a customer I have to call and wait in long lines on the phone to ask questions. it comes with a request function where you can log an inquiry but my requests have not been addressed after 1 week of being open so they need to improve their back end systems to ensure customer requests are being addressed

Very disappointed i can't update my email in the app since it's not allowing me after i Update my birth and tax certificate the email box can't be filled(using both Samsung ultra 24 and Z fold) thus i won't complete the final verification process! Go back to the old app although it's considered an old app back in the old days 😔😐

The app is very bad. it's seems that it had gone backwards. The data doesnt gets updated on real-time basis. I have the payment for credit card yesterday. I received a message as a confirmation but the App is still showing credit card amount is outstanding. Ridiculous.
