THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE APP, NOT HOME DEPOT ITSELF. I've consistently had great service at my local Home Depot and am very happy with the store and shopping there for my home project needs. The app needs work though. It has the same look and feel as the website, which I do like, but it is unbelievably slow and lags and freezes every time that I use it. Maybe it needs more bandwidth or more storage at the servers, but the app drives me crazy. I try to avoid using it if I'm anywhere near a computer

Slow if it works. Which is an understatement. The app is updated with the latest updates. Cleared cache, force stopped, uninstalled and re installed app, restarted phone. When you type in a product, the page shows up blank. It will work for a few minutes, then back to a white screen. When it works, it is stupid slow. If you have this app, you can not use a browser. It forces you to use the app. When the app doesn't work, you have to uninstall it to use the browser. You have no other choices.

another update, another failure to fix the loading issues. impossible to use the app, let alone shop. previous: Figured I'd be shopping here a lot after we flooded in Milton. Unfortunately the app never works right so I can't actually buy anything. Half the time the pages don't load and I get to look at the orange search & white screen. Luckily I have a Lowe's card too, their site works... most of the time.
