Absolute trash. Don't use this. After resetting my phone, I couldn't access my codes. At first, the app said my phone didn't meet security requirements. After fixing that and requesting an account reset, the app wouldn't allow me to complete the recovery process. I've been in contact with technical support for a week who still haven't fixed the issue. No solution will be found. Ridiculous. I've switched to Ente Auth which is far better.

I only put up with this awful excuse for an app in the first place because they had a passable desktop app with synchronisation. Now the desktop app has been discontinued (I'm sure the zero changes in several years were exhausting for the developers) I'm left looking for a decent way to migrate to a good service. This app lacks even the most basic features you might expect, like sorting your accounts or changing the icons without massive limitations, yet it's somehow gigantic and slow. Useless

At first I liked the app and thought it was handy and simple. Now I can't do anything because it says I need a backup password? I was never told or asked to use a backup password when I used the app in the first place?! So when I choose "Forgot Password" it sends me to a useless page which leads me back to a never ending loop of going to the page again!. This REALLY REALLY NEEDS FIXING!!
