Used to be good and I enjoyed it but the app has not worked for weeks, it just spins and spins and never reaches the log in page. Tried reinstall but no good. I hope it gets fixed soon. The windows desktop version still works but for me the android one is no longer functional. I received a quick reply from Betfair to say it is a known issue and fixed. Thanks for the quick reply but I have the latest version installed 23.9.1.27 and I can confirm it has not been fixed.

Another awful poker app, miracle cards hit on the river over and over again. Go into a race short chipped, especially on the final couple of tables and you will lose 9 times out of 10. There is no skill involved, its all luck, these apps are designed to let the poor players win as often as the good, otherwise they will stop playing. I play 'live' poker and this is so far from the real thing its ridiculous. Why can't someone put an app out there that is actually like playing with a real deck?

I enjoy playing low stakes NL & PLO Tour. & Cash. I find the graphics excellent & the App. quite user-friendly. The problem is with the Rakeback or to be specific, the lack of Rakeback. As Betfair is part of the Flutter group I can't understand why they don't have an easy to use Points Exchange similar to the one on Paddy Power. Instead, players have to contact Customer Service via a very slow & busy Chat forum which is an absolute head-wrecker. To sum up, only play low stakes as you can't win.
