Would be good if it worked. The returns machine frequently does not register receipt of the container, so it continues to register as outstanding. The only "solution" is to get a member of staff to open the machine and rifle through the returns to find your box and try all over again. They have no power to remove it from your account to prevent a fine.

Installed twice (only because my workplace café promoted it) but deleted it after a short time use. Easy to borrow and return the cup but almost impossible to get the app recognised your return. A few times with days delay, and this time the app still complains about me not returning the cup (which I did after using it for a few hours). Tried to click "need some help" and nothing happened.

When you have signal and it works it's ok. When you don't have signal - no food. When the app glitches - no food. At least I'm loosing weight!
