Awful app. Couldn't book 3 additional adults and 4 children for a particular time slot at the lido so we had to create another account to do that. Creating an account is a pain as well. Also if you have signed up for gym and don't have a pin and gym didn't tell you membership number there is no way to get new pin for lido. The app is also just generally awful to use. Argh!

Worst app I have ever used. Don't know who signed it off but they have never used it. Drop down menus disappeared as soon as you select them. Only way to select anything is by using three fingers. Well done on this as on the new Android system three points of contact takes a screen shot. Trying to input data and it jumps around. If your eye site is not good then good look. Font used is small. WHY YOU CAN YOU NOT BE LIKE NORMAL COMPANYS AND LET PEOPLE BOOK ON LINE?

Hard to believe how bad this app is. So hard to use, even basic things don't work. Incredibly tedious booking process asking for more details than a bank (this part is probably the Lido's fault not the app). Spent 20 mins trying to get to the point of booking, hit 'book', and got an error! Truly terrible.
