Started creating an account, got to the point where a verification code was emailed, went to recover code and app crashed. Now I appear to be stuck in limbo. My account name exists however 'user is not confirmed in the system' Not a good start.....

Rubbish app have no idea why the school moved to this. Rarely works and slow to update. Update 4th Feb. Looking at the reviews it isn't just me. So sort it out! Update 7th March. For the 3rd time this month have had to reinstall this app. It just crashes and can't open it or see balance. When you are you going to fix it?? Update -April Still not fixed! June now- App still not fixed!! App is rubbish! October 2022 now, still this issue is not fixed despite you saying it is!

I tried activating an account then my screen frozed now appernently I'm registered when i try and create an account and then it says im not confirmed when I try logging in, iv emailed and all I'm getting is new codes! it's not the code I'm having problems with!!! Sort it out. This is absolutely rubbish
