I waited 2 weeks for a reply to a message I sent about changing the car. Now I want to cancel my subscription, but when I ring the number on the website it is an automated system, I had to book a time slot for a call back. The call back was not at the time I booked so I missed it, and now will need to phone and wait again. Poor customer service.

The application works good but they have bad support. most of the support links in the app are broken! I called Telia customer support, they left me waiting for 20 minutes without returning back with solutions.

Impossible to use. After login I immediately get a message about having an insecure connection before being logged out. Apparently every single connection, be it WiFi or 4G, is insecure according to this app.
