Better Than Most Modern Sims! For a mobile game that costs far less than a AAA PC release, this game is smoother, the mechanics work properly and you have a lot of control to influence the city. The research tree is a nice touch allowing you to add density/supply/demand without having to rezone, it also allows you to manipulate you RCI mix in a fun way. It's no Cities Skyline, but then it works and you can build out a full city, so there's that. As a returning player from Pocket City 1 A+

After purchasing and playing Pocket City 1, a while later, I decided to buy Pocket City 2. It's improved with way better graphics and even more features! However, car and movement controls need to be improved. Maybe you can add pedals for braking and gas, also analog steering instead of joystick style? That would probably improve the controls a lot.

This updated version is definitely more polished with more colors, buildings, landscapes ect, but at the same time the UI feels like a downgrade from the original. Its similar to playing Farmville vs Farmville 2. Yes, there's more content but it loses its original flare. Still very much playable, but after a while, I chose to go back to the original game.
