If I could give it zero stars I would. It's completely broken. Access denied. Put in a tech support request & received an acknowledgement but that's all. App used to work then suddenly it didn't. It has been rendered useless. I forced stopped, deleted cache & data, deleted the app, restarted phone several times. It's the only way the vehicle can be remote started & I need to leave my dog in the vehicle for a few minutes when we're traveling. So this is a huge inconvenience for me.

It's better than the absolute rubbish you were pushing out. 2021 XC40 PHEV. The charging schedule is still very iffy, sometimes it just starts charging outside of the schedule, so I now have to check it every time I plug in, and if it starts charging I have to unset, set and save again to get it to stop! Still no idea of SOC during charging. The car itself is great, its just this app, which is so important to get the best of a PHEV.

The app is useful. One information that would be useful is the current battery watts.. the percentage remaining information is there, but would be good to have the absolute number along with the percentage. It will help understand how much watts need to be charged. Another request - when I use the map in the app and choose a destination, it would be good to know percentage and balance Distance on arrival at destination just like it is shown in the car. Not practical to go to car to check this.
