Rubbish- doesn't actually give any helpful info- the one link they provide in the "Learn about" section just sends you in a loop about how to access the app you already used to get access to this exact app..

Pointless and not at all advertised by Torbay & South Devon NHS to patients. Doesn't link to the NHS App or anything else. Appears to be defunct and provides no more (in fact less) information than you can find on their website, or a combo of the GP Surgery app, Patient Access, Patients Know Best, the NHS App, although it was interesting to note there were services available to me that had not been signposted even though I attend that department's clinic twice a year and was unaware completely.

It would be nice to have an interactive app where you can ask your own questions rather than be limited to the questions listed. Not a great deal of inf that isn't available in Google. More info about Torbay rheumatology department and protocols. Nice that you have tried to develop an app specifically for Torbay.
