Ratings and reviews

All in all, it is a good app, and all the basic things are there. But when it comes to broadband services. Most of the settings aren't available. You can't change the SSIP and the limit. Actually, this is the most frustrating part. When you click on the manage wifi, it leads to change the name and password every time. Nothing happens after that. You can't even check the usage. I tried every possible way, even the website, but it shows nothing. You basically just need an app to see everything.

My internet is extremely slow. It takes around 30 minutes to download a single app. And the customer service is also very poor. When I reported the slow internet issue to customer service, they said it's because of the location. They said it used to work fine before, but now the location is the problem. Ironically, there's an Airtel tower right next to my house.

App is Smooth and easy to use. But there is no one perfect, so it has some flaws. As an airtel black customer I am not fully satisfied with customer support. Specifically ai chat support system. Not able to solve my problems. I hope they build a human-ai integrated chat support who can understand our problems, and solve it instantly. Airtel still the best service provider in my area or circle. I'm completely satisfied with it.
