Ratings and reviews

My credit card doesn't work on my or my partner's phone. Contacting support resulted in the chat ending before anyone greeted me and then I wasn't able to start a new conversation. After restarting the app I did get through to someone and when I tried to give them a thumbs up when prompted, it wouldn't let me do that either. Skip doesn't take Paypal so I guess it's unusable for me

Worst App ever. If you need help, which you would because they don't even have the simple option to cancel an order, it is hard to get that help. Their contact support always have a line, and you could be in queue from anywhere between 200 to 800, which means a long wait. But here is the twist, if you exit out of chat to wait or close the app. Well, good luck now, because there is no option to go back into chat, or they don't even tell you, you received a reply. You just have to start over again

Awful app that removed a payment method out of absolutely nowhere, resulting in no longer being able to order from the app. I suppose it's good for my pockets, as it'll save me thousands annually. However, I'll likely move to one of their competitors. Don't waste your time with them, their in-app prices are absurd anyways.
