The app has a lot of potential but doesn't have a lot of simple features it could. The customer service is HORRIBLE! I have left 5 messages, sent multiple emails and yet no response over the last 2 weeks.

There should be an app for contractors to look for jobs, but it's only for homeowners, so this app sucks, and the website is even worse, they put jobs that people need done, and when you purchase the lead and the clients phone is invalid they still don't want to refund your money, I honestly think that they are putting bad leads on their website so that us pay as you go customers will get tired of wasting money and join their pro program that cost money each month and cost a lot to join.

Do NOT download this. My home inspection was provided through Porch, so there was an option to download the app and link it to the inspection. It was pointless, and now Porch has my contact info which they used a day later to call and try to sell me stuff for my new home. Apparently they also sell your contact info to contractors so then you get even more unnecessary calls.
