Terribke IT support. Tried to use the app again after not having used for 1.5 years. I had forgotten password so clicked the forgotten password link and entered my email address. Nothing happened. Tried this for about 10 times over the course of 2 weeks, still nothing. Not in junk folder either. Contacted their support team several times and all they said was it should be in your email account. Well, it's not. Now they have stopped replying to my email and left the issue unresolved and me unpaid

Good app. The main issue is that you need the consultant to sign on your phone. For those who locum antisocial hours in a hospital they are not based at it's very difficult to get signed off making other locum companies more appealing. If they added a button to allow an email to be sent to the consultant and they digitally sign on their computer during the day. Edit: more time sheets rejected as working evening and can't get signature. It's not difficult to integrate email signature

Edit: nearly 1 year later and notifications STILL not fixed. I've lost out on so many shifts I desperately needed Notifications for shifts don't work for me, despite having daily digest and alerts enabled. I would also like the ability to hide shifts that you have seen but can't work
