Generally adequate but a few things need improving. 1. The search function is really bad. Searching for simple things like milk will list a whole bunch of products containing milk before the actual milk. 2. Prices listed in dollars despite being in the UK. 3. Items listed in stock often later turn out not to be in stock. 4. Substituted items are unclear. It doesn't actually list what has been substituted for what.

Overall, if you are ordering the same food at the same time of day, it works alright. If you ever try to order something new or try a different place 8 times out of 10 they will cancel the order or start preparing it just for the order to time out. Also, most of the resturants using it don't program it properly and it's very frustrating to use most of the time.

Customer support is very nice, but overall unhelpful. Really just sucks they seem to only be able to give you coupon codes rather then actual refunds. Pickup is much more consistent, and I would recommend to skip lines, but due to reasons listed above I wouldn't recommend getting delivery, or only getting one item delivered so it they get it wrong they can actually give you a full refund.
