everything is fine except the user interface. it's horrible; choosing specific batches to enroll, customising notifications for a specific batch (it sends too many notifications of which maximum is useless), to know if a class of a specific topic has been done or not I have to open that exact topic of that subject only then I can tell, on the topic chart it says how many classes will be done instead it could be how many of how many has been done. these things need to be improved.

Purchased a video batch on 27th april, but syllabus was not updated. I requested a batch change to Mahapack (~₹2100 then) and shared all screenshots. Despite multiple follow-ups via email and X, the payment link was delayed. After 2 days, I was asked to pay extra due to a price increase. Even if the difference is small (~₹200), this is unfair since I applied when the price was lower.

This is one of the worst online education apps. Even after purchasing the package, you continue to see a large number of ads. The app ends up wasting the valuable time of aspirants. There is no doubt that you have good teachers, but the excessive ads are preventing us from learning effectively from them.
