everything is fine except the user interface. it's horrible; choosing specific batches to enroll, customising notifications for a specific batch (it sends too many notifications of which maximum is useless), to know if a class of a specific topic has been done or not I have to open that exact topic of that subject only then I can tell, on the topic chart it says how many classes will be done instead it could be how many of how many has been done. these things need to be improved.

I have been a user for 4 years, but the last few months, this app has just degraded. Whenever I open the app, I get greeted by 2-3 pop ups which don't even have a 'cancel' button! On top of that, there are so many push notifications you can't even remove, my phone gets spammed from these.

Worst experience ever.. I had very little money and I added the money and bought the Mahapack of Teaching.But now there is neither test series nor lectures in it and if there are lectures then they have been included in some other course of some other state's exam. If I call customer care, they don't answer my call, and even if they do, they speak rudely and I don't get any help. My money is wasted.
