This app is incredibly inconvenient. Every time that I open it for the first time with the intent to open a lock or gate, it puts out a frozen, blank screen. This causes me to have to exit out and head on over to "Force Stop" the app. Then I have to reopen it, wait for the app to load and finally have the ability to do what the app was intended to do.

Worked okay until the last update. Then it stopped communicating with the door locks. I tried contacting them and the support email address won't connect. All in all, worse than an actual key.

It works well on my older Samsung S20 FE 5G but it really needs an update for better compatibility with the newer Samsung S24 Ultra. it is unfortunately not optimized enough yet. it's not on the compatible devices list on the support site.
