I love the First Community Credit Union app. Ease of use, seamlessly transfer money from a checking to a savings account and vice versa. Also there's this thing called "learn and earn" which teaches you through the modules not only fundamentals of finances, but goes in-depth on some not-so-well-known financial tricks and guidance... And PAYS you to do it! Great app I definitely recommend

This review is on the website as whole and recent changes. I've been using the automatic bill pay for a few years, and they recently changed. There was no notification about the charges, no emails saying "if you are using automatic bill pay that will be Turned Off, you'll need to update." I found out by getting notices that our bills were passed due!

The app is terribly rudimentary at best... Something as simple as seeing visual copies of deposited/paid checks once they clear is impossible for this institution. They don't care about customer feedback either despite any effort on our parts to inform them. Also, for the number of times that the system is down for "maintenance", one would think significant improvements were being made, but NOPE. It's an app developed in the 90s stuck in a time loop reminiscent of the original Oregon Trail.
