I'm starting to think this app was a waste of my time, I can't edit my address information and neither can I verify my address in there, which is mandatory to start making transactions ugh, if you try to verify your address and the document isn't up to pat then let it be known and open the option so another attempt can be made kmt 6days I've been trynaveeify my address and no luck Very distasteful!

Is this a banking app or a data-tracking tool? This is the first time a so-called banking or payment service has delivered such a poor experience. When contacting customer support, they repeatedly ask which country I am in because they treat normal IP or location changes as an issue, it's funny how their poor developers do that. Customer support is unresponsive, the UI/UX outdated, and the app floods users with irrelevant emails for every minor action...

horrible experience with this app. sent an etransfer of $80 which left my bank and still never recieved to my account. the worst part is 0 AND I MEAN 0 CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Imagine money gone missing 5 hours and I still have not been able to chat to a human when its apparently 24/7 customer support. That is a LIE and I would recommend staying away from these. I used luxon pay before these without any problems and can confirm ill be going back there to stay after this issue. STAY AWAY
