For a long time this app was great. Over the last 6 months its been increasingly unusable to the point where now it will not even open. I've tried uninstalling it, force stopping, restarting, waiting for a phone update and THEN reinstalling, every thing. At first my chats with my pharmacy were all wonky, then I had a hard time logging in, then I could not log in at all, now for the last 3 months I haven't been able to even open it, like I said. It immediately closes itself 😵💫🤬

So, as several have posted their experiences with this app, so I too have changed my rating with a brief explanation of why. I installed the app, was working fine until a few weeks ago, freezen upon loading. What bothers me is the almost absolute silence. Some users have received an email. From what I have read, it's been in the single digits. You could at least send a form email. We need to hear from you, WHAT'S GOING ON! I will change my rating when you earn it! We depend on it!

@RxLocal, PLEASE help me with this app. It won't log me in. UPDATE: I've reinstalled this app 4x. I agree with other reviews. This app is less than desirable. It hides scripts so your regular meds aren't visible, so It's hard to get refills. The pharmacy had no helpful information. Said I needed to install the updated app, but there isn't one at the app store. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall, but this has not worked. I wish my pharmacy used a different app. I'm very disappointed.
