The app suddenly stopped working, like it can’t even feel the server connection. and despite all the attempts to make sure there’s no issue with the phone or the internet, it’s still stuck on the app’s welcome screen without changing. The app has gone from bad to worse, even though every update is supposed to improve performance. Honestly, these are continuous failures from the biggest bank in Egypt, unfortunately.

"This banking application is plagued by multiple critical issues. The user interface is poorly designed, and many buttons are either unresponsive or non-functional. The button placement is problematic, with buttons being so close together that they lead to frequent user errors. Additionally, the process for receiving one-time passwords (OTPs) is unreliable and slow. Any error during a transaction forces the user to restart the entire process from the beginning. to be continued.

the worst app I ever used. Even with biometrics you need to have a password and when you put it correctly, the app sends a message that you didn't put it correctly. then close it and open it with the password that you have changed. Is it sense!! bring good developers please. please don't put any service on it till you improve it so well to deserve to be used
