It says I don't have an upcoming appointment when the folks at the Scenthound location show that I do. It doesn't do it's core function: schedule and track appointments. I guess the app and their core schedule program don't always communicate? I see this app is really highly rated, so maybe it's just a problem with the location in Southeast Denver. Who knows, but it's frustrating.

These girls are awesome. They are so good. I have been to other places bt was never satisfied. I always run back to Scenthound!! They do such a wonderful job thank u girls so much Y'all are appreciated!!!

None of the functions actually work. I have tried to modify appointments but it never gives me options for the time to book the appointment. And now the app just restarts anytime I click modify Updated: Changed to 3 stars after the follow up from developer. Understand it's not an issue with the app but with my location. Silly my location would elect to not allow customers to book/modify through the app in this day and age.
