Everything was fine until I tried to change my schedule donating date. That's when I met with problems, and decided to close this account. Locate and sign into the organization from the app. Stop any scheduled transactions in order to remove the payment method from the account. To delete the account, go to edit profile, and select delete. In phone settings, selected the smallest font possible to view the full "Are you sure...?" page, and select yes! I hope this helps.

App has potential, but has been frustrating so far. You cannot scroll back and edit posts. Can't copy and paste. My phone's Go Back button doesn't work in the app. The only app I can't use it in. Very frustrating because I use it in everything else to go back to a previous screen. It has locked me out and said my UN or PW was incorrect. I asked for an email. It never sent. Tried multiple times. I finally uninstalled and reinstalled and it worked. Didn't even ask for a PW. Great potential though.

This app is easy to use, but very elementary. A giver should be able to give to multiple activities within the same organization, in one transaction. If I make a donation to tithes and to missions, for the same church, they should be processed as one amount, giving to multiple cost centers. Having to go back and make separate entries, is cumbersome, awkward, and a step down from the Give+ app that we used before. This is a simple programming change. You can do this.
