the app requests an access code but does not mention where to get the code from?

Could you please send an email to Support@workplaceoptions.com along with the company name so that we can provide you with the access code? I have a high spec android phone and this app just hangs. I had it running when I installed it and since then it has refused to open up. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it with no luck.

Can't log in at all. So, not a particularly helpful app, and no way to get assistance as far as I can tell.
