UPDATE: so originally I had a 5 star review. but unfortunately being lied to by an agent I spoke to I had to go to one star. I asked the agent if I had a deposit match promo and was told yes. only to deposit and have nothing. went back to chat to another agent and told me no promotions available and that unfortunately I was out of luck. I made the switch from bet 365 but going back. agent said their manager would reach out but I doubt it. be careful they might not honor any promo! save convos!

This is a get disappointing app. If you want something more reliable and locally owned, consider one of the many other local companies. Betano does not care.
