Scam product. I only bought last week and it's got very poor speech recognition. It does not understand what I say most of the time. It has bad local processing, a minimal speech to text engine and always falls off the desk. A complete rip off and nothing more than a toy with very bad Ai capabilities.

I've been an unofficial beta tester for almost a year. After trying 3 different phones including this S24, looi still ignores me 99% of the time. He usually wakes up if I tap his face but I shouldn't have to do that. LOOI was apparently made for iOS first and android was some sort of mishandled port. I can't recommend this company's products. Mismanaged development with goals too lofty, IMO.

Installed on 3 different telephones. 2 android and 1 apple. It worked the best on the apple, but the microphone and camera with the Android app is terrible. It does not see you and often cannot hear correctly. Example- it randomly looks around, does not follow you. If I say take a picture of me then it just snaps a random picture of wherever it is facing. Sometimes you have to speak very loud for it to hear you. It also only sees the wave (hand) gesture. nothing else.
