Word Shaker is a word searching game with a twist: words don't have to be in a straight line. Your goal is to earn the most points by finding words in a grid. Each letter has a particular point value, and you earn bonuses by forming longer words. If you enjoy word games like Scrabble and Boggle you'll love Word Shaker.

Was My Most Played Game Until...the update. Used to be the game would pause if you closed the app and you could finish the game later. Now the timer runs down even if you close the app and I can't see a pause button. Also, the bottom of the board now interferes with the phone's soft keys so I accidentally keep closing or minimising. The ads are also a lot more intrusive. All in all, after almost 10 years of almost daily use I won't be playing this game anymore as it is. Very disappointing.

Thank you for ruining the appearance of the Word Shaker game. Not a fan of the font used, but that's nothing compared to the way the space is used at the top of the screen. The old game used the whole screen, this new version does not. As a result, you get a tiny portion of the words you have found, much smaller than before. I do enjoy this game, but I regret downloading the new version. I urge you rectify this issue promptly and issue update, or the old version.

Changed my review because the developer got right back to me and explained what's going on and their intention to adjust it, and I'm back to regular play- can't stay away lol. *Bulk of old review: I listen to podcasts (because you can't sit and stare at random, non-relevant B-roll footage for hours), play, but not to compete against other players. But now it doesn't save a game. If I have to stop to do something for more than a couple of minutes, the app automatically ends the game.*
