I have a Luba 1 and have been using the app for almost 3 years. Although there have been some minor improvements, some things have got worse, one of which is it takes ages to update. For example if you just want to check how far it's got charging or mowing, you can't simply glance at the app, you have to wait ages, and you never know the current state. The mow time estimates don't include charging time, so if you can't complete within a single charge you have to multiply by some factor

The robot is great when it works but randomly stops mid task and loses bluetooth and wifi connectivity. i have spoken with customer support many times and have had to send it away 3 times now. it just happened again so will have to send away again to get looked at. for something that costs $5000 this is very dissappointing. if i had the choice of purchasing again i would definatly reconsider another brand.

Need a lot of software upgrades and improvement. Can't save the place where the task was stopped when cancelling the task. All tasks start from the beginning. It could be connected to some weather forecast that it is now when it can start mowing when there is better weather. And a connection for remote mowing could be connected through a wifi connection, not through Bluetooth. There are not a lot of options if you compare them to another brand.
