We decided to buy one for the team and found this one as a good option. We just bought one (Nov/2025) and I my first frustration is that it comes with firware version X and it's outdated. The app requires you to update (you can't skip) and you can't update to the latest version, so... It's been now 1 hour that I'm trying to test it and I can't because there were some many firmware releases that I can't get to work. I'm now in revision 134. Hopefully not many updates to go still.

I have the gimbal and it has a lot of trouble tracking hockey, it I'll randomly pan over to the benches. and what ever update they did a few months ago made the using alot harder, it used to be able to combine videos and export in like five minutes now takes forever using it too record destroys your phone battery

Poor quality, stutters, jumpy, often goes away from what it's meant to be filming for no reason. the app would not upload my videos & deleted all of them when I logged out & back in. Awful customer service, said basically nothing they can do & no effort made to assist. Useless & a real embarrassment to tell my club that 100's of hours are gone because of this!
