Ratings and reviews

As a first-time bit user, my experience has not been fantastic. I haven't been able to finish all the steps in the process to make the app usable on my device. I've tried multiple times and have also called the Bit contact centre twice. Whatever I was advised to do, I did but hasn't helped and always get the same message on the app is לצערנו נתקלנו בבעיה and I'm not able to proceed further to finish the setup. Please assist! Thank you.

I am forced to use this app to pay for some things. I don't want to have to manage a separate account, or transfers or anything. there's no way to transfer someone using bit from a regular account, other than using bit. they want a bunch of personal information about me. More than even a regular bank. there's no English interface, I'm translating every screen by taking screenshots. there's no web interface. why do you need to view my phone's contacts? also there's no encryption apparently?

Terrible tech support, long wait times and then it just hangs up. Many, many times the app just says: "try again". On certain devices setting the language to English doesn't appear. I received an email about your response, however, the linkk leads me to a #404. I don't use Facebook. Your app's English mode doesn't workk for Android 13 and down :-(
