Ratings and reviews

After the recent update, this app becomes too laggy. At first I thought it's cause of my net connection but I noticed it's going on for weeks now yet my other applications are working just fine. I used to love CIMB among all my online banks mainly for two reason, seamless and chargeless transfers, now only 2 insta transfers are free and it'll take at least 10-15 minutes to complete a transaction. Please, I think CIMB can do better. You definitely used to be the best for me.

My favorite banking app since pandemic. It is easy to use and free of other bank transfer fees. But ever since the last update, my experience wasn't as good as before. The loading time was much longer. So paying via app is kind of a hassle. Please consider reverting the update for a hassle free experience. Presentable UI is optional. A fast working banking app is mandatory. Thanks.

I am experiencing difficulties attempting to log in with a "response timed out" error. This issue has persisted for three days. Customer care has been slow to respond and has only suggested reinstalling the application. However, the problem persists. After customer response: Still, I can't get through to any channel they provided. I'm very disappointed. As soon as I get my money back, I'll surely never use this app again!
