Crashed multiple times in the first 5 minutes I had it installed. Needs permissions to access existing photos but when you tap the prompt to grant that, it takes you to the app login screen instead of the phone's app settings. When you upload photos it only lets you pick the phone's generic image folder, so you're forced to scroll chronologically through all the images on your phone to select the ones you want on the frame. Trash compared with other digital frames' apps. I regret this purchase

Can't look at sub folders in my camera reel so I've got to scroll through hundreds of random whatsapp memes to upload my photos. Terrible app optimisation you have to log-in continuously for random reasons, you can only manage one digital frame at a time and the Interface of that is even worse. How have Kodak become so terrible? I'll be returning this digital frame asap.

The app is non functional. When I first bought the frame it wouldnt pair with the app. Now the app has crashed further to the point where I simply cant login to even try. I have a terrible feeling I have wasted $140 on a digital frame for no results
