In this version: 1.The ES HEPATITIS an expert system is designed to diagnose acute and chronic liver diseases. The system allows: ■ recognize the cause of liver disease and, if possible, obtain a therapeutic effect by eliminating it; ■ conduct a statistical evaluation of therapeutic interventions in patients. A number of knowledge clusters have been identified in the subject area: ■ clinical data; ■ laboratory data; that allow a detailed diagnosis of liver disease to be established. The first cluster of knowledge uses the data of the anamnesis and complaints of the patient from the liver, the results of palpation and percussion of the liver, as well as the examination (appearance) of the patient. The second cluster of knowledge based on laboratory and chemical changes in liver function, liver cell damage, cholestasis, mesenchymal activity and immunological response studies makes it possible to determine the type of jaundice, as well as the nature of liver disease. It also makes it possible to send the patient to the infectious or therapeutic department. 2. The user can use ChatGPT to argue the conclusions of the expert system. 3. The user must have a ChatGPT token from Open AI.
