I have just been told by customer service that they will not refund my tickets to andalucia big festival after the cancelation of the headliners. The festival itself did mention that there will be refunds so i feel like I am facing just a poor and incompetent customer service. I would advise anyone to dtay off this app and go to a competitor ... it just cant be worse

Good up to now, more when the tickets have been used.

Tried to download the mobile etickets on my android but you can't, can only download the tickets to print. why can you only download them on Apple devices and not android
