Frustrating app. Much worse experience than with other banking apps. There's no summary of regular monthly payments so you have to sum up manually how much money you still need to have in your account for all the upcoming payments. Such a simple, but very helpful feature. The Direct Debits are not listed chronologically, by date, just randomly. Will be switching to different bank.

This app is not intuitive at all and lacks so many basic features. Such as digital receipts for bank transfers, (which can then be shared). Other banking apps offer this. This is basic. Many other things are missing. How hard can it be to add these features? Don't wait for us to tell you what's missing, take initiative and look at other apps, and make some improvements please.

For an online bank this app is disappointingly cumbersome (eg - I think it takes 8 steps to move money to an existing payee!). It's visually uninspiring and has limited functionality compared to my previous bank (Halifax). Logging on via a laptop is even worse, I've given up on that altogether. It's only been a couple of weeks & I'm already wondering if I picked the right bank. Fortunately there are plenty of others to choose from.
