the GPS says the device is not connected but if I go to settings gs and push message, the GPS goes to the location but am not able to access any other screens showed in the app.. yes I had to pay additional monies to activate 2 Sim cards. the GPS did not supply a Sim card. this software really needs to be updated or fixed because at this point it's disappointing.

De Fault
Very bad. I paid additional $17 for High-precision positioning service. But it is not working. It shows always my GPS tracker is in Power Saving Mode, and there is no way to disable this Power Saving Mode. So, the built-in GPS module is either missing or disabled resulting in positioning accuracy of 500 meters or so. What a joke! I will request a refund of my $17. This purchase was done through AliPay.

I cannot really give any stars because I attempted to go through the setup and nothing worked. I could not add anything after adding the devices. There we messages, but even though it prompts you to select a language it still shows in the original language that can't be read. An error message keeps popping up stating that the password doesn't match the original even though no attempt to submit another password has occurred. So, whatever the problem is, me or them. It's a no for me.
