This app shows the estimated glomerular filtration rate calculated using the MDRD, CKD-EPI and Schwarz formulas. The eGFR is calculated real-time as you type and has its own custom keyboard. Therefore there is no need to press a calculate button or a keyboard covering the calculated results. The units of measure for the creatinine value can be changed between mg/dL and micromol/L by pressing the button that shows the unit of measure. When using the Schwarz formula, the height may be entered using either centimeters or feet (1.2 ft means 1 and two tenth feet, not 1 foot and 2 inches). The CKD stage associated with the results is shown and a link to an explanation of the various CKD stages is included.

The app was designed for Android 8 and higher and will scale on any device. It works fine on tablets as well
