With this application, observation devices can not only use a smartphone as its mobile display, video and image recorder, also can be fully controlled on a smartphone.

Won't let me even get to the firmware download section of the app let alone connect to my scope. Absolutely useless. Have tried on my Android phone and tablet. It did work with my friends ipad but even then it would freeze constantly and shut the scope off. Real handy in the middle of a hunt! Expect alot more and will change my review if issues fixed.

App works well for live viewing. Downloaded files from the device can only be viewed within the app and not on the phones or tablet file system. Very annoying. Also with the Ares L models whilst there no gyro for full ballistic calculator there still should be able to do basic trajectory calculator at the very least. This would be great.

The idea is good to connect the thermal camera device to a smartphone for advanced viewing experience, however, it is a painful excersise to pair them, and wifi signal keeps being lost over and over after pairing. This is true after recent update, too, to v4.0.0. So please fix this part to make it a really outstanding app.
