About this app

Simple EMOM Timer, now with AMRAP & Tabata Modes

Simple EMOM Timer is an easy-to-use workout timer designed to keep your training efficient and distraction-free. Originally built for EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) workouts, it now also supports AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) and Tabata (interval training) modes, perfect for functional fitness, CrossFit, calisthenics, HIIT, or any time-based training routine.

Start your workout with a 5-second “get ready” countdown. In EMOM mode, the timer then automatically begins a 60-second cycle for each set, showing you the time left and current round. AMRAP mode counts up to your chosen duration, and Tabata mode cycles through custom work/rest intervals, all with the same clean interface and audio cues.

Key features:

Three workout modes: EMOM, AMRAP, and Tabata (interval timer)

Clear sound cues at the last 3 seconds of each round

Visual cues: Big countdown display, and a gradient background that changes subtly with progress

Start the workout with one tap, settings saved between sessions.

No ads, no clutter, just a focused timer for your workouts

Privacy-friendly: No account needed, no data collected, everything stored locally

Whether you're hitting a quick 10-minute AMRAP or a full Tabata session, Simple EMOM Timer keeps you focused on the work, not the screen.
